This is actually an old drawing I did a long time ago to taunt my two bosses in an overnight stocking job. I don’t exactly know when it began but we got into an argument over Hadrian’s Wall, built by the Romans some years back. In a nutshell, they argued that the Romans were mighty and so was their wall. I, on the flip side, argued for the barbarians to the north, known as Salgovae, who destroyed said wall or a least parts of it. Yeah I know, we had too much time on our hands. But it was fun, and I was a real history enthusiast—so yeah, it killed time and made the night go by faster. It wasn’t till years later, when I thought about trying my hand at funnies that I even remembered this picture. So I scanned it and am still having fun with it to this day.
