This guy wasn’t easy for me. For all the horror fans out there I really tried my best to come up with a serial killer that hasn’t been done, but like sheeee-wiiizzzzzzzzz… there’s so many movies! He’s somewhat different from the norm and makes his debut in the story Retribution. He’s not a nice guy.
