This is a cyber-cop from the “Tidally Locked” series. It’s a cyber-punk world based on a city called Denopolis that rests always in the dark due to the planet’s paralleled rotation around the sun. In short, it's "the place where the sun don't shine" and if you end up there, you'll have a hard time getting off world again. Aside from that, it's actually quite lively, if you don't mind all the thugs, assassins, and corrupt cops!
